Parking spaces located on DoubleTree By Hilton Excel Centre in London. The spaces are suitable for vehicles up to the size of a Large - (4x4).
The spaces are available 8AM-6PM on all days. You can enter/exit this car park multiple times throughout the duration of your booking.
Please note: Parking is allowed on the side car park of hotel only and NOT on the front car park outside the hotel entrance.

Very easy to book a space online but on arrival the car park was completely full! Waited around for about 20 minutes until we spoke to a security guard who managed to find us an area we could use . If it hadn’t been for him, we would have been late for our event. If you’ve reserved a space surely that space should be available when you arrive !

This was very irritating as nowhere on the signs does it say that is is run by Your Parking Space. I spent 15 minutes trying to register with Horizon Parking as instructed. Parking was ok eventually but it's a good job I wasn't in a hurry!

I managed to get the last parking space. When I returned to car I noticed some cars had parked outside of bays so maybe they couldn’t find spaces. I wouldn’t feel confident parking here again.

A great & safe place to park. We needed the Excel centre and it was a 5 min walk from the space to here. Easy to follow instructions and not too expensive. Would use again!
