Parking spaces located on Horizon Parking – Former Toys R Us in Milton Keynes. The spaces are close to KPI Medico Legal, Harmony Digestive and Liver Wellness Centre and FineArtX Ltd. The spaces are suitable for vehicles up to the size of a Large - (4x4).
The spaces are available 24 hours on all days. You can enter/exit this car park multiple times throughout the duration of your booking.

Not at all clear where to park. Didn't help that the car park was extremely full. Managed to find a spot in the end after 5-10 mins circulating.

When we arrived it wasn't clear which part was Grafton Gate and there were no spaces. After driving round for 20 minutes we had to find somewhere else to park and pay again. So not impressed!

Not quite sure what went wrong with this but all of the spaces that are looked after by Horizon Parking (where we were told to park) were taken so we parked in spaces run by Europark, it was still the old Toys Are Us car park but I'm wondering whether I'll get a fine. Stressful either way and lots of other people were in the same boat. How spaces in a car park like this can be reserved is a mystery to me, it felt like a massive free-for-all. Would probably avoid using this service for spaces in a car park but might go for a single driveway space in the future.

Unable to locate where my space was and besides that all the spaces were already taken, there was a concert on in the local area so it was completely full. I had to pay again to park elsewhere and so far no contact let alone a refund from my parking space

Very congested, no guaranteed space, managed to park on a kerb.
