Parking spaces located on The Quays in Southampton. The spaces are close to Showcase Cinema de Lux Southampton, Tudor House & Garden and K6 Gallery. The spaces are suitable for vehicles up to the size of a Large - (4x4).

The spaces are available 24 hours on all days. You can enter/exit this car park multiple times throughout the duration of your booking.

Please note: For the correct car park, check the signs state The Quays.

    Ignore the directions as they send you to a Britannia car par, instead continue up the road to the mini roundabout by the Carnival Cruise building & take first exit then first left into the Horizon car park. Once you find the car park there are plenty of spaces & in a good location.

    Really easy to find and a great central location. Would definitely use this space again if I was in Southampton.

    The parking is central and a good location for the city centre, docks and albeit with a 15 minute walk St Mary's stadium. As you turn into the car park area there are different sections so you need to drive into the one on the left hand side with signs saying it is the Horizon car park.

    The car park was perfect for my needs, but finding it was not so easy. The postcode is not specific to this car park and my sat nav directed me to another car park further along the road which was looked after a different company, Britannia. The car park needed is near the cinema and run by Horizon.

    Please be aware that when clicking the 'get directions' link directly from the booking confirmation email, it takes you to the wrong car park. I did this and arrived at West Quay retail Park. I checked the payment boards once I departed the car and saw it was operated by Britannia, not Horizon. I did try to call the helpline number in the email but lines were closed. I quickly confirmed with a security guard and manually found the correct car park by searching Google maps. The car park was a minutes drive away and once at the correct car park it was easy to navigate and I could easily find a space. I felt my car would be safe there and left it for 2 nights whilst on a cruise. It was around a 15-20 minute walk to Horizon Cruise Terminal.

    Parking space was fine, however it took a while to find it as there is north/south/east/west quays and the signposts for the parking stating they supply yourparkingspace spaces is basically not readable until you have exited the car. It needs clearer signposts to save the confusion in my opinion

    Easy use of the app ,like that can pay before get there ,nice place to park .
