Very easy to find. Lots of parking spaces and directly across the road from our venue

Very reasonably priced and a great spot for getting into central Chester.

The car park was difficult to access because it was so dark. I couldn’t see the number on the app without using the torch on my phone. It was quite scary on my own in the dark

We pre-paid thinking this might guarantee a space. We turned up, the car park was busy… it was a free for all and there was no space ‘ saved’ for my vehicle. My friend had done the same thing. She turned up an hour later and despite having pre-paid could not find a space. This policy was not obvious prior to booking. Not happy

Very bad experience. I booked this so I could park easily as our son was running the Chester Marathon. When we arrived I’d assumed they’d be a barrier which only let cars in that had pre booked. This was not the case. There was no space and we had to wait for nearly an hour to get a parking space. Would never use this method again.

good parking space but bit confused as to how it was policed. people were just parking everywhere so if i’d arrived later, i wouldn’t have had my space.

Couldn't access car park due to road closures, however have been told that spaces were not reserved anyway despite booking online.

Since I ran the Chester Marathon, I chose this car park which was close to the race course.
