I pre paid for a space and when I arrived there was no space available. Nobody could provide any help

Awful. Horrible wee car park and impossible to find a space in when I arrived. There were no available spaces despite me pre-booking and staying at the hotel. It made for a very stressful start to my Aberdeen trip.

The number of car parking spaces don't correspond to the size of the Premier Inn (too few spaces) and they are also extremely tight, meaning your vehicle my be susceptible to damage.

Tight spaces as others have said. Was only one space left when I arrived and it would be very easy to arrive to find no spaces as it's a small hotel carpark, I was lucky to get my space as others were also looking.

Can we very difficult at times to find a space, so find a space before you book. Car Park is very tight to negotiate, not for larger vehicles over 5m in length and some areas are covered so height restrictions.

Small carpak, close to city centre would potentially be there before paying for it as if seemed very busy when I tried to park 8:30 on a Wednesday morning.

The carpark is very small we drove in and out carpark just circling waiting on someone to leave for about 20mins before we got a space it was only cheaper by 75 pence booking it through the app so i would say this time i was disappointed but it wouldnt make me not use app again in other location
