All in all they were brilliant thank you. And even though parking spaces are on the full side I was really lucky to find one but it’s to be expected it’s a hotel in the centre of Reading but really lovely staff willing to help you to the best they can. And I’m grateful thank you.

Booked in advance, but zero spaces on arrival. Really annoyed, Reading was packed for festival so not only struggled to find space and wasted an hour, but more parking charges on top. Not the hotel's fault, but will not book hotel parking again and they should not be offering spaces where they have non reserved.

It was easy to find and a light airy carpark, close to the shopping centre and most importantly cheaper! Sometimes if the hotel is busy there doesn’t seem enough space but we found a couple on looking further near the back.

Be careful, you could book a parking spot and then turn up to not actually have one. We pre booked and paid and on arrival there was only one spot left but three people wanting it.

This company happily took my money for a space yet when I arrived there was NO spaces available!! I had to park where I found room and just had to hope no one dinged my car or clamp my car as I was not parked in a marked parking space. Do not take peoples money if you cannot guarantee their space despite booking days in advance !!

Basically full most of the time. Arguably better to pay for the on street parking nearby or go for the secured parking down the road.

So easy to book with added ease of choosing your hours required. Plenty of space in a very central area of Reading with the added benefit of security cameras too. Excellent will definitely use again many thanks Karen

Easy booking online, carpark easy to find, plenty of spaces. My only concern would be if the carpark is full when you arrive what do you do and where would you park ? as an online booking you have no facilities to reserve spaces !. My other question is what about disabled drivers there are no facilities for this when booking. Otherwise great.
