Needed a car parking space for all day & evening for event at Utility Arena, easy to find using Waze App, easy short walking distance to Arena, 20 mins walk to city centre for shopping. Would use again. Owner helpful as I checked I was in the correct place. Happy customer.

I arrived at the location and there were no spaces left. Other people present had the same problem. Having already paid for this I had to pay a lot more in an expensive central car park. I decided to drive into the city based on this space so I was very disappointed.

Easy to find with satnav. Arrived to fine no spaces. Tried to speak to Premier Inn, they do not manage. Phone numbers all failed. Still no reply to email query, 18 hrs later. Had to park in disabled spot, only space available, and leave a note on windscreen, all delayed my arrival at destination.

Was no issues getting a parking space though sat nav state that I had reached when I wasn't.... had to searched for the building (which wasn't too far) but other than that it was fine. I drove and park my vehicle in any available space.

I arrived at the car park at the time specified on my booking to find that all the spaces had been taken. I could not park at the Premier Inn and had to search for a long time to find another space which cost more money. How do I get a refund?

Got to the parking place all places filled no place for me. Had to find another car park at an extra cost of £12, e-mailed company no reply. I have used this company before without a problem, I feel that myself and my family have been let down very badly after driving for 2 hours and finding no place available. Still waiting for a reply to my e-mail as to why there was not a place to park and some kind of refund
