This is a standard tesco car park, about 25 minute walk into the centre or about 5 minute bus ride. Cheaper than spaces right in town, less hassle and a new lez zone coming in soon saves the problems

As a volunteer group of canoe paddlers, we have just enjoyed a x4 day trip on the Royal Dee from the Cairngorms to Aberdeen. We parked our cars at Tesco, Wellington Rd, met a shuttle company and retuned to our cars, safely parked where we had left the at the cost of £10 - an amazing service and appreciated good value. A key factor to the success of our adventure. THANK YOU

Very easy to get to if travelling from south - it's on the same side of the road without having to cross bridge into city centre. Also easy from other directions if using the bypass. Coming out is traffic light controlled so no need to go into town. Plenty of spaces. No obvious signs of security in a supermarket car park closed from 10pm till 7, but the car was fine. No notices about time limits for parking so I did wonder if a paid for booking was actually needed, given that it was a large car park for a medium size supermarket (tesco) and 2/3 unused.? Still I felt more relaxed knowing I wasn't infringing any unstated rule. My destination was the Northlink terminal - took me half an hour to walk but imagine a taxi would only be 5/6 pounds and of course it is on a main bus route. I only go to Aberdeen for Shetland so I will use this again, and would recommend to anyone going to that end of the City
