A super cheap option for parking close to the football ground or event the city centre (a 15 minute walk over the bridge) it's a little confusing/concerning due to signs everywhere saying a max 90minute parking area but no ticket on car, clamp extra when I collected. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because of this reason.

Plenty of spaces, easy access and exit onto main roads. A short walk to the stadium.

Wanted a space near to Sunderland fc and this was only 3/4 minutes away . Easy to find parked and attended match Like Tescos across the way it states 2 hours max but that’s shoppers not pre paid parking .

Easy to find, 10 minutes walk to Stadium of light which is not such a good thing when trying to get away after a game

Easy to find and very close to Stadium of Light but easy to get out of after match, definitely will use again for Take That concert and future fiitball matches
