Booked 6 hours as we were going to Regent Theatre yo see Annie. We needed to have lunch first . We got a great parking space near the door as the lady I was with had a blue badge . The notice advised to let customer service know we were parked in a disabled bay and would be longer than the 3 hours . The lady at the store was very helpful and booked my car reg into their system . The theatre was only a 5 minute walk away . All in all very easy to book and very reasonable price too . Will definitely do this again

Easy to find and to park, simple to log in, book and pay. It felt secure as the shop was open late. My only negative is the cost, ad the fees seem disproportionate to the actual parking charge; almost £2 on a £4 charge.

Super easy to book, I got a reminder by e-mail the day before with the times on it. Lots of spaces on car park would recommend this service can only give 10 out of 10.

The app was very easy to use, I was kept updated at various times, parking was easy to source and pay, the car park was good to use and well lit.
