Located next to Witton Station and a 5 minute walk from Villa Park, home of Aston Villa football club.

Easy to find. Sat nav took us straight there. Plenty of space yet a busy area with shoppers therefore car not isolated at all. Very short walk to Villa Park. 6-8 minutes.
