No one at the Tesco store was aware of the parking app and the ability to pay for additional parking and was unable to advise on parking at the site.I spoke to 5 different members of staff 1 was security and 2 was customer services and another 2 general staff. Yes I did check I was at the correct address and no one at that site was aware that you could purchase additional parking time or could abuse what spaces to use
