I’m quite reluctant to tell people just how good this parking space is but I have to do the right thing and not keep it as my secret amazing parking spot. Booking with ‘Your Parking Space’ was a doddle as was finding this particular space. The shutters went up on arrival with their reg plate recognition system and it was the same for exiting. It’s very spacious inside and I found a spot on the upper floor. My car is a 24 plate Audi A6 and quite a big saloon car, so car parks are usually hard work, not so here. Ample room on the ramps and generous parking spaces. Highly recommendable, very secure parking for city centre access.

Very secure parking and easy to book. The only thing I would say is to advise people booking the car park which car park shutter to drive up to and where to go to request the code to get into the car park when returning for your car. Other than that a good experience.

Very easy to book online. Excellent directions to site. Reg recognition, so no time wasting on entry/ exit. I enjoyed my day Christmas shopping, with the joy of a guaranteed safe parking in the centre of town. It was so close that I could drop some bags off to my car and start again! Perfect thank you

One available space that could have easily been taken ...paid up front for guaranteed space that isn't guaranteed... avoid at all costs

Works just fine. The navigation app works if you put in "Premier Inn Arena Manchester". There are a number of other Premier Inn's in the City. Spaces are a bit tight but this is only to be expected.
