First time using the app so was bit apprehensive, but it was so easy, good price, removed the stress of parking in Manchester City centre, just parked at the back of the car park as instructed. I even extended period by few hours easily on the app.

Easy to find and park. Felt secure as it's basically just parking on the shop's large car park. I wasn't sure where to park so I asked a staff member in the car park. They didn't know either so I just parked it anywhere and was fine.
