This location is NOT walking distance to Stadium of Light. Booked on a 20-minute walking time indication, it's actually more than an hour to walk. Fortunately there's a bus stop just outside the car park and managed to get a number 13 bus right to the stadium, which took about 30 minutes with traffic, coming back it took nearly an hour due to traffic. That aside, very easy to park, plenty of space, great Sainsburys for snacks, shopping and toilet, and good price.

Location 2 miles from Stadium. The cost of parking was excellent. However you need to get a taxi to the stadium as its a 1 hour walk. We got a taxi. £10. There is a bus stop outside supermarket but don't know if it would go close to the stadium and didn't have sufficient time to check.

Easy to find and left car for multiple hours and everything was fine. Very good price and an easy taxi journey to city centre.

Easy to find, convenient bus to get to city centre or stadium of light. Security guard at Sainsbury very helpful in confirming I had the correct place, and information about buses. Worked really well for event
