All was easy. A little traffic noise from the road. So I'd park further from the road next time. Handy corner shop, and town centre attractions within walking distance.

Plenty of spaces and very convenient location, we park at Sainsbury every time the half marathon comes around. Recommend this location and the cost is extremely low.

Good parking location but needs better signage. It's in a supermarket carpark (that's fine) but all the signs talk about 2hr max parking with £100 fine for staying longer. I'd prebooked for a 7 hour stay to attend an event across the road from the site, so this was an immediate concern. The instructions in the email said to park at the back of the store away from the entrance, but I couldn't find a separate parking area at the back of the store - so eventually parked at the far end of the main/only carpark by the river. I phoned the operator, Horizon, to check if I was in the correct location/seek advice and was on hold in an automated system for 10 minutes before the call disconnected. In the end I went inside the store to ask if where I'd parked was suitable, and was told by staff there that as long as I had a pre-paid booking (I did), all would be fine. Doing this delayed me by 20 minutes so I was late for the event I was attending. Overall a good location, and good site, but let down by unclear signage/signage and lack of capacity to contact the space owner by the given telephone number to resolve these issues.
