Lots of spaces available, easy to find too. We used on a Sunday and there are no barriers and open to parking 24/7. Will use again when next in the area.

Perfect parking spots & more than plenty in the shade, location fabulous just off the link road and only 15min stroll to Portslade train station, no need 2 waste time finding somewhere 2 fuel up as there’s a petrol station rite there & the price is very reasonable indeed, defo will book again
