Easy to find the parking place and enough space for parking, good location.

Convenient spot for the event but maybe a little pricey - past 5 or 6 pm could be discounted. Not many people seem to use it as there is some free parking fairly close by out of office hours, but I opted for the convenience due to an injury and poor weather.
