It’s was easy to see the signs and I did scan the barcode which was displayed at the board and that’s the way it should, mostly parking places have no barcode which makes it hard to download apps so I was pleased

Its a pay and display car park so I don't understand how they guarantee your space. When I arrived, there were two very tight spaces left. Probably no point pre booking.

I had a really good experience parking at Back Cheapside, BL1. The space is located right in the middle of town, which makes it very convenient for getting to the shops, restaurants and other places in the town centre. The location was easy to find, and it was great having a parking space so close to everything. I also liked that there are cameras in place, which gives you extra peace of mind while you’re away from your car. Overall, I found the parking space convenient, easy to use and in a very good location. It made my visit much easier and saved me the hassle of having to look for parking further away. I would definitely use this parking space again and would recommend it to anyone looking for convenient parking in the middle of town.

Easy to access, and is just 1 minute walk to the city center, price is good and better if you will stay for more than 3 hours

Car park surface incredibly poor and full of litter and broken glass, we were lucky to find the only empty space, which anybody could have parked in ( no barriers, no ANPR ) there didn't appear to be anyone checking who parked. we will not be parking there again.
