Car park surface incredibly poor and full of litter and broken glass, we were lucky to find the only empty space, which anybody could have parked in ( no barriers, no ANPR ) there didn't appear to be anyone checking who parked. we will not be parking there again.

Easy to find and good sized spaces however as it is open to public we were concerned that if we left the space that there would be no availability on return. We had bought the central parking for flexibility for event - location was good however could not use the flexibility

I was not able to find any Yourparkingspace sign there but Horizon. I was driving in and out the carpark and looking for YPS sign. The carpark next was with a big NCP sign that did not look like YPS as well... The area had a very poor mobile sign, took a long time to get online and check YPS app finally see it saying Horizon is correct. Why not mention clearly you are parking in a Horizon carpark !?
