I was not able to find any Yourparkingspace sign there but Horizon. I was driving in and out the carpark and looking for YPS sign. The carpark next was with a big NCP sign that did not look like YPS as well... The area had a very poor mobile sign, took a long time to get online and check YPS app finally see it saying Horizon is correct. Why not mention clearly you are parking in a Horizon carpark !?

Unfortunately the sat nav took me to the wrong car park, which had been closed for months! Was taking the grandchildren to a panto which then didn't happen as couldn't find alternative parking. Terrible experience

We found the car park but when we arrived at 1130 apart from several 'Disabled' spaces' there were no other marked spaces available. We eventually parked on a piece of unmarked rough ground at the edge of the park but were concerned this was not legal and we worried we may have been penalised. As it happens we were okay but if this was meant to be a parking space it should have been properly marked and maintained as such.

This is an unfenced area in a small square connected to the larger town hall square by some dimly lit alleyways. During daytime it is quite busy and safe. Unfortunately I picked up my car around 11pm and I felt quite quite vulnerable as I was aware of reports of nighttime gangs preying on lone pedestrians in the area. I would not recommend late evening arrivals or departures if you are alone.
