    Easy to find and park- even at busy times. Often left my car overnight and had no issues with leaving it here. Still a walk (30 mins) to city centre but perfect if you live locally.

    Perfect, West Ham fan parking for the match, blinding chip shop 3 mins away and easy walk to the ground of just over a mile. Back on M621 in a few mins

    20 to 25 minute walk to Leeds United FC but you’re away straight away and minimal traffic back onto the motorway would recommend for the football

    The premises were easy to find using Sat Nav, and although the car park was fairly small there was ample parking space. I parked there whilst attending a football match at Leeds United. The walk to the ground took about 25 minutes and was fairly straight forward using a mixture of pavements and narrow alleyways. After the game the walk back was quite congested in places and mainly uphill which could be a problem for anyone with walking difficulties. Driving away was okay initially ,but I soon got stuck in slow moving traffic and it took me 60 minutes in total from leaving the ground to finally get moving properly out of the Leeds area. Fine to park there if you are in no rush to get home.
