It has no signage for customer parking for a start. Then when we found the underground car park at the side road. Good luck trying to park a car in such a tiny spaces with metal joists everywhere and not enough space to move our car through. We had to reserve the car out as it’s so small you can’t turn around. Our friends couldn’t even get parked so they went somewhere else. It’s also advertised as free when booking but you have to pay and also the online QR code doesn’t work we asked at reception how to pay and they said go outside and use the pay machine for coins only as contactless didn’t work. Who carry’s coins these days. Also be prepared to walk up the entrance hill as there’s no way of accessing hotel unless you have a key card which you wouldn’t have on arrival. Really bad experience!

Very limited spaces, no restriction on booking numbers so you can pay and no guarantee of a space even in the quiet season. If you move your vehicle there is no guarantee of getting a space when you return. The underground parking is awful, metal pillars mean it’s very easy to damage your car . Very difficult to park accurately (without taking more than one space). Good ratio of disabled spaces but all the time we were there not one was being used. Not recommended.

Outside car park is ok, underground car park is very restricted due to all the metal pillars and other guests either not knowing how to park or the spaces are too small for their cars. Also if it has been raining the underground car park turns into a big puddle in some parts so take your wellies

avoid the underground parking... the lift to the hotel doesn't work... there are huge puddles everywhere... it's used as a rubbish dump (including an old sofa)

The Car park is underground and smelt funny. Its very tight with pillars everywhere. One part was so tight because there was a van down there I actually ended up scratching my car slightly on one of the pillars. It is also not clear if its full or not, so if its full and you drive to the end good luck reversing out!
