    Completely unclear where to park, circled for ages and no one could help, if it’s in the main car park there were no spaces available despite having a pre booked space. No clear instructions don’t waste your money

    Very secure parking. Easy to find. Could only improve by putting pedestrian way out sign as it wasn’t just us who couldn’t find the exit to the hotel entrance etc. Would have given it five stars but could only stay for a maximum of 4 hours. We were having too much fun in Bournemouth so had to find another car park. But understand it’s primarily for hotel guests. Would definitely recommend it.
