Poor service. I don’t recommend parking here. Asda staff were rude and inefficient in dealing with my query.which was “I’ve gone slightly over the two hour parking time limit so how can I pay for the extra time I’ve taken”. They made me feel like a criminal. Demanded to see receipts and wanted know all my movements but didn’t answer my question. Half an hour later I learnt that the system doesn’t allow customers to pay if they go over the time limit. They can only pay in advance. So potentially facing a £100 fine. I won’t be shopping in Asda again nor parking here!
