Space Description
Parking spaces located on Ashdown Forest in Wych Cross. The spaces are close to Mickey Modern Art Gallery. The spaces are suitable for vehicles up to the size of a Large - (4x4).
The spaces are available 6AM until midnight on all days. You can enter/exit this car park multiple times throughout the duration of your booking.
** Prohibited parking between midnight and 6am **

I always pay online in advance for Ashdown Forest and it is trouble-free. It is only clear from the small print that one payment entitles you to park in any of the parking places in the Forest, so when asked where you want to park you need to know just to put the Visitor Centre. Even in the middle of summer I've never worried about getting a space. The Forest management do not go out of their way to advertise their links to Pooh Bear, so if that's why you're going you need to do your do your research beforehand or take the time to use trial and error.

I use the space yesterday purely because of the location for my hobby of bird watching for a particular habitat.

We had considerable difficulty paying the fee to park in the forest space on a previous occasion using a mobile because signal strength is weak. Other people trying to park by mobile were also very cross. However, using yourparkingspace & booking in advance avoided this hassle & we will definitely use this method again when we go back. A great improvement.

Easy to park on Ashdown Forest. Plenty of car parks to choose from! Peace of mind that I had paid in advance, though it took three attempts to book it.

A forest car park which was free until last year and now it’s empty. Easy to find and completely level. Used by tradespeople for a lunch stop with a view as they don’t pay to stop.

Car parks easy to find and well spaced out location wise. Poo car park nearest to Poo bridge was busiest (from around 11am) however more car parks just a short drive further along the road made for stress free parking.
